FOPBE Presents:
BAY BASH!
a Family Fundraiser for PBE
We are excited to announce the 2024 Pacific Beach Elementary annual auction and fundraiser: a family friendly Bay Bash! The Online Auction will begin on Saturday, April 13th at 9:00 AM, culminating with silent bidding at the Bay Bash family beach party on Sunday, April 21st at the Mission Bay Yacht Club. Tickets are now available for purchase!
Bay Bash is our biggest fundraiser and directly impacts all students at Pacific Beach Elementary School. Your generosity and support has allowed our parent-teacher organization, Friends of Pacific Beach Elementary (FOPBE), to provide innovative educational experiences and non-district funded programs including:
- San Diego Youth Science
- Garden Enrichment
- Arts Attack
- Daily Playground Supervision
- Library Books, Subscriptions & Instructional Supplies
- Field Trips & Assemblies
- Discretionary Funds for Teachers
- Community events and activities:
- Pizza Wednesday, Jogging Club
- Missoula Children's Theater & the Variety Show
- Scholastic Book Fair
- Penguin Pride, Halloween Carnival, STEAM Nights, Family Dance
- PBE Nights at the Plunge, Skateworld, & the Gulls Game
- PBE Apparel & PBE Yearbook
You can partner with FOPBE by making a donation in the form of a gift certificate, merchandise, or services to be included in the auction. Another way to offer support is by sponsorship of the event or underwriting of a specific event expense. All contributions are due to the school no later than April 1st.
As we ask for your support, we pledge to shine light on and promote your business. Your donation will be highlighted on our auction website, in FOPBE communications, and on social media. Certain financial contributions will also be recognized with a banner on the corner of Turquoise and Fanuel and on signage at Bay Bash. Please accept our gratitude and thanks in advance for your support and sponsorship.
